Jackson Lanehart grew up as a lifelong resident of Jacksonville, FL.
He attended local schools and graduated from Jacksonville University with a degree in Mathematics, and a Master Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida. He was a mathematics educator and associate professor for forty-two years. He received his real estate license in 1975 and has been a Realtor since that time. He became a registered representative in 1992 for a financial services company. He is an elder at Community Presbyterian Church. Throughout his career, he has helped buyers and sellers with their purchase of real estate throughout the Jacksonville area as well as the beaches of Jacksonville. He has experience with the sales of new homes, existing homes, short sales and foreclosed properties, first time home buyers, luxury homes, condominiums, and vacant land. His mathematical background has enhanced his ability to assist his clients with mortgage issues, as well as buyers and sellers in making the right decision purchasing a home that would suit their needs or selling them home at a marketable price point. His attention to detail gives his clients a sense of comfort knowing all aspects of a sale will be handled ethically and in an expedient manner.
