Paul Hurtado, Broker Associate
Hello, and thanks for visiting. I’m Paul Hurtado, a licensed real estate broker associate and industry veteran of more than 25 years. Helping people like you achieve their real estate goals is a passion of mine, one in which I have enjoyed much success. I’m thrilled you’re considering putting my experience to work for you. Whether you’re buying a new home or selling an existing home, I take no greater delight than seeing a happy, satisfied client.
Buying a new home? My goal is not to sell you a house. After all, you likely have a picture perfect vision of your new house in mind. Rather, my job is to help you find that perfect home—one that best meets your needs, including those related to form, function, and of course, finances. I’ll serve as your trusted adviser every step of the way, from finding the right home, through negotiations, inspections, and financing—all the way to closing. A seamless, stress-free transaction for clients is my primary goal.
Selling your home? Selling a home can be a complicated process. Doing so in today’s competitive landscape requires experience, skill, and in-depth knowledge of the northeast Florida real estate market. I help my clients navigate the labyrinth of seller requirements and position them for the most advantageous transactions possible. Your home is quite possibly your largest investment. I bring nearly three decades of experience listing, staging, showing, and selling homes, to help ensure you receive the greatest return on that investment.
When I am not busy serving my clients, I enjoy family time with my wife, our daughters and their families and our labradoodle, Maggie. I love to boat, golf, or simply read a good mystery on the lanai of our home in Jacksonville’s East Hampton community. I’ve been an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church for 11 years and enjoy teaching religious education to the parish’s 7th grade students.
I look forward to working with you to achieve your real estate goals. Together, we’ll make a great team!
