No! We have absolutely NO additional fees of any kind. No desk fees, no monthly fees, no franchise fees and no technology fees!

We offer a wide-range of classes weekly on marketing, prospecting, social media, listing presentations and working with buyers and sellers as well as many, many other courses. Not only do we offer these live training classes, we also record all training and post the videos on our backagent system. We are a paperless company. We process hundreds of transactions each month. We use a system called BackAgent to make the transaction process smooth and easy. We authorize the title company to pay you at closing, provided we have all necessary documentation

We have agents statewide, but offices in Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Mandarin, Julington Creek, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Keystone Heights, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Amelia Island, Palm Coast, Melbourne, Orlando, Tampa & Okeechobee . Most of our agents, however, work independently from home.

We have been around since 2008 and are 100% debt-free. We make money on volume, closing thousands of transactions each year. We are financially stable and growing statewide every month!

There is a fee of .002 x the sales price of each transaction. As an example, for a $100,000 sale there would be a $200 fee (100,000 x .002 = 200). There is a $189 seller transaction fee and a $189 buyer transaction fee.
