Not only do we offer these live training classes, we also record all training and post the videos on our backagent system. We are a paperless company. We process hundreds of transactions each month. We use a system called BackAgent to make the transaction process smooth and easy. We authorize the title company to pay you at closing, provided we have all necessary documentation

Most of our agents, however, work independently from home.

There is a fee of .002 x the sales price of each transaction. As an example, for a $100,000 sale there would be a $200 fee (100,000 x .002 = 200). There is a $189 seller transaction fee and a $189 buyer transaction fee.
